What you'll do...

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager, Procurement – Bid Operations and Analytics to join our Global Procurement team. This role will support category leaders by managing eAuction and end-to-end RFx processes, conducting in-depth data analysis, and generating actionable insights to drive procurement strategies. With a global scope ranging across all procurement categories, the ideal candidate will have experience with Ariba and Coupa CSO systems.

Responsibilities:

  • eAuction Enablement and Strategy: Effective execution of live eAuctions, inclusive of strategy recommendation, system setup, supplier training and coordination, and event facilitation
  • RFx Management: Set up, configure, and release RFx; upload details provided by category managers.
  • Analytics: Perform highly complex project analysis, analyze RFx responses, develop award scenarios, identify outliers, and generate insights for negotiations based on RFx data.
  • Spend Data Analysis: Analyze spend data to identify trends and opportunities for value optimization.
  • System Expertise: Utilize Ariba and Coupa CSO systems for procurement processes.
  • Training Development: Develop manuals and training materials to enhance team capabilities.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate supplier-related activities such as training, system registration, and IB event scheduling.
  • Event Support: Provide live event troubleshooting support to suppliers and stakeholders in coordination with various technology service providers.
  • Bid Results Presentation: Generate and present bid results to relevant stakeholders using advanced dashboards
  • Supplier Queries Management: Manage all supplier queries related to the RFx process and the eAuction.
  • Training and Best Practices: Create and share training programs and best practices to enhance team performance.

Relevant Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Ariba and/or Coupa CSO systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about analytics and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a diverse set of global stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications in business analytics e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as Python, R, SQL, or VBA is an asset
  • Knowledge of Spanish language is preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
