Job Description:

Remitly's vision is to transform lives with trusted financial services that transcend borders. Since 2011, we have been tirelessly delivering on our promises to people who send money around the world. Today, we are reimagining global financial services and building products that extend beyond traditional barriers to give customers access to more of the services they need, no matter where they call home. Join over 2,700 employees worldwide who are growing their careers with purpose and connection with our customers while having a positive impact on millions of people around the globe.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Analyst at Remitly, you'll be the analytics architect behind our most critical customer experiences. Partnering closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations, you'll translate ambiguous problems into robust data products, drive experimentation at scale, and surface insights that inform company‑level bets. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people‑management responsibilities, based in our London office and follows a hybrid work schedule (50% of your time onsite). You will report directly to a Senior Product Analytics Manager.

You Will:

  • Drive strategic and tactical recommendations grounded in deep product understanding and rigorous analysis, maximizing value for Remitly customers.
  • Act as a thought‑partner for product managers and engineers—shaping roadmaps through opportunity sizing, metric design, and experiment readouts.
  • Chart the course for advanced analytics frameworks, data products, and insights that directly impact high-level company strategy.
  • Anticipate the downstream effects of market, regulatory, and internal technology shifts— sharing data-driven recommendations that guide our long-term investments and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives where data insights become the "force multiplier," aligning technical and non-technical teams around shared goals and clear, data-informed decisions.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data science, or a related field with a proven record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions that influence product strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing large-scale, end-to-end analytical projects—ranging from exploratory analysis through to analytical frameworks.
  • Experience delivering analytics solutions that shape product roadmaps, accomplish metric goals, and raise the technical bar for analytics best practices.
  • Fluency in SQL plus Python or R, and the ability to dive into raw telemetry to build models, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and metric governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners through clear storytelling that bridges statistics, business context, and customer empathy.
