Key Responsibilities

REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Professional experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Professional experience with AWS cloud services, including long-term storage options, and cloud-based database services. 
• Working with Databricks.
• Understanding SQL database structures and mapping them between different SQL databases.
• Professional experience working with Apache NiFi.
• Working with large data and high performance compute clusters such as Hadoop or similar.
• API development techniques.
• Developing and deploying ETL processes for large data sets.
• Professional experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Testing the development of software solutions for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data using the most efficient languages for the task such as NiFi, Python, and SQL.
• Implementing multiprocessing data-flows to parallelize ingest operations. 

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Exhibiting strong coordination and collaboration skills.
• Working with full-stack developers to deploy applications that leverage large data sets.
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
