We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Loyalty Insights & Analytics with a background in customer data analytics. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Loyalty Insights & Analytics, the Sr. Manager will provide recommendations to drive business objectives and sales targets through value-added analyses and loyalty program management within the Super Market Division. They will collaborate with various teams within the business to build trends and create insights that support the execution of customer centric strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Champion customer insights across the Divisional team and its various banners.
- Manage weekly promotional calendar to execute and evaluate loyalty campaigns.
- Own the annual budget of loyalty spend for specific banners and review periodic/weekly forecasts.
- Deliver ad-hoc customer analyses (customer profiles, pilot performance, category reviews, etc.), providing analytical thought leadership and guidance to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing new tools and strategies to improve existing processes and build out reporting to track customer performance metrics.
- Develop concise and easy to understand customer insights and actionable recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within team and liaise across functional / divisional departments to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Present findings to senior-level management, including Senior Category Directors, VPs, and SVPs.
What You Bring:
- Post-secondary education –in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other relevant field.
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or promotional role. Preferably in Retail, Loyalty, CPG industry, or Consulting.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data from multiple sources in an effective manner
- Experience with customer-level data is preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with data tools in either SQL, Python, R is preferred.
- Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership and learn
- Team player: demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Demonstrated experience on project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability of building compelling presentations
- Detail oriented and strong time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen – understanding of how data/insights translates into business value and actionable campaigns
