Market Data Operations Lead (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Market Data Ops Lead to enhance the delivery and coordination of market data services across Axpo’s trading, risk, and analytics platforms. You’ll play a key role in streamlining onboarding, increasing visibility, and improving collaboration between business, technical teams, and data vendors.

What you will do:

• Manage onboarding and lifecycle delivery for new data feeds and change requests

• Coordinate between tech teams, business users, and external providers

• Support day-to-day operations and ensure readiness for system transitions

• Track SLAs, KPIs, and recurring issues to drive improvements

• Act as the central point of contact for cross-team planning and status updates

• Represent Market Data Ops in governance, planning, and prioritization discussions

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Solid experience in market data operations, delivery coordination, or similar roles

• Knowledge of European energy markets and ETRM systems

• Skilled in data validation workflows, issue resolution, and vendor collaboration

• Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools

• Structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with a collaborative mindset

You’ll join Axpo Iberia’s dynamic software and operations team, acting as a central hub for market data delivery excellence. Working closely with business, IT, and external partners, we aim to bring clarity, speed, and stability to the evolving data landscape in energy trading.
