We’re seeking a Prompt Engineer t to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position, offering both remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration at our office in Beirut.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and iterate high-performance prompts for large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to automate real-world business workflows.
  
• Implement and fine-tune AI-powered chatbots and tools that enhance productivity across departments.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to turn business needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
  
• Explore and apply technologies like LangChain, RAG frameworks, and workflow tools such as Zapier and Make.
  
• Identify performance gaps in AI outputs and continuously optimize prompt logic to increase reliability and business value.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI, proposing new tools and techniques to improve operations and automation.
  

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or any field requiring logical precision and analytical thinking.
  
• A passion for natural language, logic flows, and crafting clear, structured instructions.
  
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools and frameworks—even if you’re self-taught.
  
• Fluency in English is required.
  
• Final-year students, fresh graduates, and junior engineers with a creative mindset are welcome to apply.
