Data Analyst

As part of this mission, we are looking to hire a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in delivering deep analytical insights, developing advanced predictive models, and optimizing strategic planning processes. This role sits within the Analytics stream of our broader data transformation program and contributes directly to business success by turning data into actionable intelligence and ensuring analytical alignment across departments.

Job description:

·       Conduct complex data analysis using statistical and analytical techniques

·       Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making

·       Integrate data from multiple sources to build comprehensive datasets

·       Ensure data quality through thorough validation, cleaning, and maintenance processes

·       Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to effectively communicate findings

·       Create clear and impactful visualizations to support data-driven decisions

·       Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights

·       Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics with strategic goals

·       Formulate and test hypotheses to extract actionable insights

·       Provide data-driven recommendations that contribute to strategic initiatives

·       Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics

·       Identify opportunities to optimize analytical methodologies and workflows

·       Support and mentor junior analysts to foster skill development and team growth

·       Conduct ad hoc analyses to address urgent business needs

·       Deliver accurate and timely analytical responses to complex queries

Requirements

·       3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)

·       Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

·       Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

·       Strong understanding of data integration, cleansing, and validation processes

·       Ability to extract, interpret, and clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences

·       Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistical techniques, and hypothesis testing

·       Industry background in data-driven sectors such as finance, digital, retail, or investment is a plus

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with shifting priorities
