BI/Data Engineer

What You'll do:

- Maintain and evolve the central PostgreSQL database, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability;

- Manage and administer operational databases using SQL Server and Azure SQL Server;

- Develop semantic data models and implement business intelligence reports using Power BI;

- Provide corrective maintenance and support for the existing Qlik Sense platform during the transition to Power BI;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate reporting;

- Monitor and optimize query performance and data integrity across all database platforms.

What You Are:

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, performance tuning, and maintenance;

- Proficiency in SQL Server and Azure SQL Server administration and operations;

- Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and data models in Power BI;

- Familiarity with Qlik Sense and ability to provide support and maintenance for existing implementations;

- Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of data architecture and ETL processes;

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment;

- Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
