Back-End Database Engineer (Remote, Latam)

We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Back-End Database Engineer that is well-versed in RPython and Neo4j and is located in Latin America. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

• Strong Python programming experience (Flask/FastAPI)
• Proficiency in Graph data modeling and Ontology development (Property-graph vs RDF; Ontology/Schema Design)
• Experience with Graph databases (Neo4j) and Query languages (Cypher).
• Experience with Graph Ingestion (Neo4j Streams; Bulk Loaders, Transactional upserts).
• Experience with Graph Access (Neo4j Driver)
• Experience with Query & Analytics (Cypher queries; Performance tuning & indexing
• Experience with APIs (Integrating Graph queries into Backend services)
• Experience with JSON/YAML - based rules engine parsing and validation libraries ●  Experience with semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL).
• Experience with Microservices (Containerized services e.g. Docker ; Service-to-Service Auth e.g. JWT, mTLS)
• Strong agile/scrum development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
