Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Connect to various data sources, import data, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.
• Implement row-level security and data governance best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Azure, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power BI certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
