This position is eligible for remote work. Currently we can hire employees in the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. This role will have occasional on site expectations.

Key Responsibilities
 

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Paid Media (PPC, display, social media ads, retargeting), Organic Search (SEO), and Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, integrating awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention tactics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty while optimizing the customer journey for maximum ROI.
  • Support omnichannel campaigns and strategies as we open / re-open store locations.
  • Define KPIs, set ambitious yet achievable goals, and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities to enhance acquisition channels and maintain a competitive edge in the ecommerce landscape.
     

Paid Media Management:

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
     

Organic Search (SEO):

  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions.
  • Oversee keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure website architecture and content align with SEO best practices.
  • Lead out for optimizing websites and content for consumption and inclusion in generative AI LLMs.
     

Marketplace Management:

  • Drive performance on key marketplace platforms by optimizing product listings, advertising campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility, sales, and profitability on marketplaces while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, policies, and competitive positioning to capitalize on growth opportunities.
     

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, and marketplace managers.
  • Foster a data-driven culture, encouraging innovation, testing, and optimization within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative, analytics, and sales) to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals.
     

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.  Work with the analytics team to develop new reporting and analysis needed to support performance measurement and optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing, attribution modeling, and other data-driven methodologies to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Present regular performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
     

Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Manage multimillion-dollar marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners to maximize performance and negotiate favorable terms.

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing at a consumer-facing business, with a strong track record of driving growth through paid digital channels.
  • Proven success managing large budgets and delivering on key KPIs.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; comfortable using data to guide strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital media platforms, attribution, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business judgment and strategic thinking, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Salary Target: $176,000.00 - $198,000.00Application Deadline: 6/11/2025Bonus Eligible: Performance Bonus

 

Education/ Licensing/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field. MBA or master’s degree in related field, a plus.

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
