As a Solutions Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team. Your primary purpose will be to explore, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover valuable insights that inform critical business decisions and improve our products and services for our customers within the legal industry.

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, collecting and cleaning data, and conducting exploratory data analysis. You will play a key role in designing and executing data experiments, analyzing the results, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
 

With your proficiency in data management and data integrity, you will ensure the accuracy and security of data in compliance with industry standards.

As a key member of the team, you will actively participate in solution development and testing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Solution Data Analyst, you will:

  • Act as an integral member of the Solutions Architecture Team alongside Solutions Engineers and Subject Matter Exports towards architecting a successful solution implementation.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making relating to data migration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources with an attention to detail.
  • Support system configuration and data migration teams to ensure correct configuration and efficient migrations.
  • Manage low to medium complexity projects with low level of supervision.
     

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Solution Data Analyst if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with enterprise application data migration
  • Experience with or understanding of judicial/court process is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $88,200 - $163,800. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
