Drive effective and integrated use of AI agents across the organization by establishing standards, fostering agent maturity, and cultivating an agentic environment. This role will be key in ensuring the investment in AI agents delivers integrated value rather than isolated tools, preventing a fragmented landscape of siloed agents.
  • Develop & manage AI agent standards and governance frameworks.

  • Establish and promote agent maturity models.

  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on agent development.

  • Collaborate on training content and directly educate teams on agent best practices.

  • Facilitate integration and collaboration among agents.

  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for agents.

  • Monitor and evaluate the overall agent ecosystem.

  • Stay current with advancements in AI, especially agent technology.

  • Champion the vision of an interconnected agent environment.

  • Partner with Platform/IT teams on infrastructure needs.

Salary range for this role is: $135k-$185k

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Success in creating agentic workplaces or significant previous AI enablement work.

  • Experience with organizational change management and helping companies adopt new technologies and ways of working.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Active participation in the AI community (e.g., attending conferences, contributing to open source, publications).

  • Prior roles in internal consulting, enablement, or support functions serving a wide range of business areas.
     

Competencies - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs & AI agents; knowledge of multi-agent systems & collaboration; understanding of data/system integration; AI governance basics.

  • Technical Application: Hands-on experience building agents via prompting, workflows, or low-code tools relevant to our platform.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, consultation, and influencing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical: Ability to define metrics and solve problems related to agent performance and adoption.

  • Experience: Working with AI agents; developing technical standards/governance; technical enablement/guidance; defining/tracking metrics.
