Santander Consumer Finance focuses on developing business related to consumer finance products, sales channels, and commercial agreements with dealerships, vehicle manufacturers, or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (offices, call centers, or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB
As Analytical Marketing Specialist, your goal will be to add value to the company by optimizing commercial campaigns and achieving better results with client campaigns. You will incorporate data analysis as part of business decision-making, utilizing not only traditional information sources but also new sources containing structured and unstructured data.
We need someone like you to help us in various areas:
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using available tools: SAS, SQL, Marketing Automation, etc., with the ability to adapt to different programming languages and data access.
- Execute commercial campaign processes by defining communication strategies (number of impacts, saturation and frequency rules, use of channels and formats, etc.) based on the customer lifecycle.
- Automate campaigns using Marketing Automation tools. Execute and parameterize events for each customer journey defined by each business/product and at the customer level.
- Analyze the tracking of commercial campaigns, the profitability of actions carried out, and potential actions.
- Experience with Test & Learn methodology and defining campaigns with control groups is valued.
- Database Analysis (Customer, Product):
- Maintain databases (updating, integration, adding new fields, etc.).
- Automate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and implement new tests (price, channel, campaigns) using statistical techniques to ensure statistically significant results from the outset.
- Focus on the complete customer lifecycle, not just short-term, considering purchase propensity and long-term behavior to improve activation, loyalty, and reduce churn rates.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years working as a Data Analyst.
- Experience in database and commercial campaign management, from definition, execution, result analysis, and proposal for improvement/optimization of campaigns. High proficiency in SQL or data access and analysis languages is required.
- At least 3 years working on report design using visualization tools.
EDUCATION
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Training in advanced data analysis techniques.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong skills in programming languages and data processing such as SQL, SAS, and other programming languages like Python and R. Other programming languages like Pyspark and Scala are valued.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe.
- Experience with visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy.
- Expert level in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with cloud developments: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is valued.
- Experience with Big Data and data warehouse tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka is valued.
- Required analytical and structured thinking. Creativity in problem-solving.
