We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Financial Operations (FinOps) Data & Business Intelligence (DBI) Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in data, analytics, and financial systems, looking to grow their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver management-level reports and analytical tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating reports against transactional and dimensional data; troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests via the team’s shared mailbox, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Assist in production support activities to resolve issues related to the FinOps Billing System.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure availability of transactional data in the Cloud Data Platform for reporting purposes.
• Support the XML invoicing process for customers receiving invoices through the MoveIT platform.

Qualifications:

• Completion of technical high school coursework or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of data structures, reporting tools, or financial systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
