ABOUT THIS ROLE 

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at LVT, you will be a strategic partner in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead the development of complex analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure, empowering executive leadership and operational teams with actionable insights. With 2+ years of experience, you will bring a deep understanding of data architecture, visualization, and business processes, serving as a key influencer in shaping our data strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and spearhead initiatives that optimize data quality, automate reporting, and leverage advanced analytics techniques. Your expertise will directly impact strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports to support executive and operational decision-making.
• Utilize prescriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to uncover insights, forecast trends, and identify opportunities or risks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data warehouse architecture and ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
• Develop and implement data governance standards, best practices, and documentation to ensure consistent, reliable data across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, etc.) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries & Python scripts to automate reporting processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights that inform strategic initiatives.
• Leverage industry knowledge and organizational goals to align analytics efforts with business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation.
• Extensive expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Experience in developing predictive models and advanced analytics.
• A strong aptitude for understanding complex systems comprehensively, coupled with the intellectual curiosity and diligence to thoroughly investigate and uncover necessary information.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
