About the Role
iCapital is hiring a Sales Enablement and Data Specialist to cover iCapital’s distribution partnership with a large wealth management client. This individual will report to the Head of Business Solutions at iCapital and is responsible for working across sales and marketing functions to help determine geographic, channel and advisor specific training and engagement priorities through data analysis. In addition, this individual will develop robust reporting and analytical tools for use with our clients and the broader Sales and Marketing team by leveraging Tableau, Salesforce and Excel applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our wealth management clients and how iCapital can serve each unique client.
- Organize and examine large pools of data to provide actionable insights in support of the business.
- Work with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to develop regional, channel and advisor specific segmentation and coverage models.
- Produce and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Excel.
- Produce management decks in support of iCapital’s distribution relationship.
Qualifications
- 2-10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong excel skills, with experience using large data sets
- In-depth knowledge and prior experience using Salesforce
- Proven ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task under tight deadlines
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
