Come join our team! We are experiencing tremendous growth and seeking to hire an energetic Sensor and Data Management Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate should have all-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components. Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred. Should have knowledge/experience with OPIR, TPY-2, UEWR, LRDR, SBX, Space Sensors, BMDS.

Duties of a Sensor and Data Management Analyst may include:

• Perform as an all-source Sensor and Data Management Analyst as part of a team responsible for producing authoritative intelligence assessments on adversaries and effects on US/DoD weapons.
• Conduct all-source intelligence research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence.
• Compare events with all-source intelligence research to determine adversary capability and intent and the impact of the threat on the system of systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically and produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings that describe the all-source threat intelligence picture to senior US government intelligence and operations officials.

Qualifications

• 6-10 Years’ experience in intelligence analysis
• Will serve as a portfolio manager (SN)
• Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
• Applies, oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
• Member having knowledge of acquisition and requirements processes is highly desired
• Experience working closely with NGA, DIA, NSA, NRO, and Air Force Space (AFSPACE) is highly desired, as necessary to ensure MDA Intelligence Needs are being accomplished as requested and inform program elements when they cannot be satisfied.
• Should have knowledge/experience with OPIR, TPY-2, UEWR, LRDR, SBX, Space Sensors, BMDS
• Ability to write high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for senior-level government officials
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with analysts in the intelligence community

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience/knowledge of Missile Defense Agency, OPIR, Collection Management, GEOINT/SIGINT and MDA test (GINS) and Ballistic Missile Defense Systems

Education

• Degree in relevant field such as history, political science, sociology, or other social science field

Clearance

• Security Clearance - TS/SCI eligibility required
