Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $110,500.00  to $184,100.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details
The Manager of Global Network Design and Optimization role requires the ability to leverage advanced predictive and optimization skills to work through complex strategic supply chain challenges and generate innovative solutions for service and cost improvement. Solutions will enhance network performance, expand operational reach, unlock scalable growth through targeted investment, and anticipate future capacity needs through rigorous forecasting.  Beyond technical proficiency, you will provide thought leadership through proactively identifying emerging opportunities, influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights, and contributing to the strategic vision of the supply chain. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering Design, this position offers a platform to shape the future of our supply chain through both rigorous analysis and strategic foresight.  

You Will
•    Apply advanced analytics, mathematical models, machine learning, and other techniques to analyze, predict, and optimize complex logistics architecture, flows, and processes. 
•    Develop innovative modeling approaches, analytical capabilities, and data sources to enhance distribution network analysis and improve projections using advanced toolsets. 
•    Lead cross-functional projects with advanced analytics and data science teams to leverage information and apply appropriate methodologies for complex long-range modeling and problem-solving. 
•    Synthesize complex analyses into executive-level presentations and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership and partners to secure alignment on priorities and investments. 
•    Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to stay current on analytical methodologies, network design tools, and data warehousing best practices. 
•    Lead and/or mentor others to elevate the broader team’s analytical skills and promote best practices.


You Have

•    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
•    5+ years of combined education and/or work experience in optimization of supply chain network design, operations planning, inventory planning, transportation, and/or supply chain finance
•    Proven experience in working with large datasets within databases such as Teradata, Snowflake, and Oracle leveraging querying languages like SQL 
•    Advanced knowledge in data analysis and modeling techniques with experience in developing solutions from large data sets leveraging Python, R, or other programming languages
•    Demonstrated proficiency with creating data visualizations & dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or others
•    Experience with leading and managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from scoping to business recommendation
