The primary purpose of this role is to align product initiatives with Lean Tech's strategic goals by effectively gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure the achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. In this role, emphasis is placed on leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to enhance product functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency. The Associate Product Manager is integral to ensuring that products not only align with strategic company goals but also continuously evolve within an AI-driven ecosystem to meet customer needs. This position is a crucial component of a dynamic team environment, supporting cutting-edge developments across multiple industries.What You Will Be Doing

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the product and industry, enhancing the product's competitive edge.
• Maintain a long-term product vision while driving daily initiatives to meet business objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate with product team members and scrum teams to deliver high-quality products within set timelines and scope.
• Facilitate successful product launches by engaging in pilot programs, early customer adoption, and collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Ensure consistency and quality in product requirements and design by establishing and advocating for product management best practices.
• Work with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to define and validate business requirements effectively.
• Translate business needs into clear, functional requirements, particularly focusing on API integrations and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement AI tools and frameworks throughout the product lifecycle, from prototyping to optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products.
• Intermediate proficiency with .NET, C#, and SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and automated testing.
• Technical background with experience in SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product development, such as prototyping and user behavior analysis.
• Intermediate understanding of API integrations; hands-on experience preferred.
• Basic ability to read and understand API documentation.
• Adaptability to Agile Testing practices and familiarity with associated methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
