About the role
We're looking for an experienced MarTech Operations Lead to drive our marketing technology strategy and implementation for B2C performance marketing efforts. In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our marketing operations, responsible for optimizing our martech stack to enable data-driven decisions and scalable growth across paid and organic channels.
You'll work at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and engineering teams to build sophisticated automation workflows and intelligence capabilities that power our B2C marketing efforts. As the bridge between these teams, you'll ensure our marketing technology infrastructure supports both immediate business needs and long-term strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end martech stack: research and recommend new technologies, serve as primary administrator, and lead integrations between platforms
- Enable marketing effectiveness through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support to maximize platform utilization
- Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to develop automation solutions and maintain data quality standards
- Manage SaaS vendor relationships, including contracts, performance reviews, and technical roadmap alignment
- Lead B2C-focused platform implementations and maintain documentation for all processes and systems
- Design and implement comprehensive event tracking strategies across web and mobile touchpoints using platforms like Segment, Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Configure and optimize mobile measurement partnerships (MMPs) and attribution models to accurately track cross-device customer journeys
- Establish audience segmentation frameworks across marketing automation platforms like Iterable and audience activation channels
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 10+ years of martech experience with deep expertise in B2C marketing platforms and proven scale ($50M+ revenue or 100M+ users)
- Strong project management and technical proficiency to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations
- Experience working effectively in matrix organizations and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Hands-on expertise with core B2C martech platforms including Google Analytics, Amplitude, Iterable, and data visualization tools like Hex or Looker
- Deep understanding of mobile measurement (Appsflyer, Adjust), event tracking architecture, and privacy-compliant attribution
- Experience with audience platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising
- SQL proficiency and experience with customer data platforms (Segment, Rudderstack)
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience with AI/ML marketing applications
- Background in software development, data engineering, or advanced technical degree
- Privacy compliance and data governance expertise (GDPR, CCPA, iOS ATT) and history of building martech teams from the ground up
- Familiarity with media networks and emerging privacy-first measurement solutions
The expected salary range for this position is:
Annual Salary:$320,000—$320,000 USDLogistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
