Were hiring on behalf of our client an AI start up (Year 3)based onsite in Larnaca that's developing cutting-edge AI Voice Agents and Voice Analytics to help businesses optimize customer interactions and unlock smarter insights. With the product nearly complete, the team is preparing to launch in the B2B market, starting in Cyprus and expanding globally.

Whether you're just starting out or already have experience as Machine Learning Engineer, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of voice AI.

Your Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about pushing boundaries. You'll fine-tune, train, and deploy machine learning models that power next-gen voice technology. If you love digging into model architecture, optimizing performance, and collaborating to bring smart solutions to life this role is for you.

What You will Be Doing:

Fine-tuning and training machine learning models to boost performance

Understanding and applying ML model concepts (transformers, neural networks, etc.)

Preparing, cleaning, and optimizing large datasets for training

Collaborating with engineering and product teams to bring models into production

Staying up to date with the latest machine learning research and techniques

What You Bring:

A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model architectures

Hands-on experience with models like GPT, BERT, CNNs, etc.

Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Strong Python coding skills

The ability to work independently and clearly explain complex technical ideas

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart

Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Strong understanding of model evaluation and debugging techniques

Mid-Level (2-3 years of experience): 23,400 - 28,600

Experienced (3-5 years of experience): 32,500 - 41,600
