Data System Utilisation: Query and analyse data efficiently within cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake). Understand how to navigate and retrieve data from various systems of record, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, to build comprehensive business views.
Data Integrity and Governance Adherence: Ensure the integrity and quality of data used for analysis through adherence to established data governance practices. Understand and support efforts to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Documentation and Training: Document analytical processes and reports. Provide guidance and training to end-users on how to effectively use dashboards and interact with data for self-service insights.
Metric Definition & Consistency: Support the implementation and adherence to robust definitions for core business metrics (e.g., "Churn Rate," "Customer Lifetime Value"), ensuring semantic clarity and consistency across all analytical outputs.
Predictive Insight Literacy: Understand the principles of predictive framing and contribute to translating business questions into behaviourally driven metrics. Support the establishment and growth of data science capacity by interpreting model outputs and communicating their implications effectively to business stakeholders.
