• Development and implementation of data models in the procurement environment (Dashboards, KPI’s, Filters)
• Coordination to harmonize and standardize data reports from various sources
• Provide technical support and resolve complex technical issues
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline purchasing processes
• Benchmark of internal and external purchasing processes
• Creation of training documents for the processes and reporting and implementation of all necessary training in purchasing
• Creation and maintenance of the information sources required by purchasing (team sites)
• First contact for all IT topics in purchasing, subsequent coordination of IT requirements together with IT, especially for Analytics Solutions (e.g. Celonis, SAP BW), Process Automator and SRM system.

Your skills

• Completed studies ideally as industrial engineer, business informatics or comparable training with experience in purchasing if possible
• Strong understanding of processes automation and analytical skills
• Knowledge about data modelling and data visualization
• Affinity to IT topics, especially for programming (e.g. SQL, HTML, …)
• Knows the processes and data structures of the interface departments, as well as the processes in purchasing, both in the ERP and the organizational processes outside of the ERP
• Confident handling of SAP ERP, SRM, SAP BW, Celonis and MS Office programs such as Process Automator
• Flexibility and willingness for international business trips
• Structured way of working
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
