What you will do:

• Explore and identify new opportunities where AI technologies can be effectively implemented. 
• Focus on creating RAG systems using internal knowledge bases. 
• Identify and assess opportunities where AI-powered solutions can enhance our organization's product, processes, or operations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data team, and product managers, to turn vision and ideas into actual working AI solutions that bring value to the customer and the organisation. 
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and AI capabilities development within the organization. 

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python. 
• Experience with tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex and vector databases like Chroma, Pinecone etc. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets and implement AI models that drive impactful outcomes. 
• Ensure all AI models and practices developed are compliant with ethical guidelines, maintaining transparency and eliminating bias wherever possible. 
• Data science knowledge (nice to have) 
• Demonstrated expertise in model evaluation, understanding metrics for performance assessment, and the ability to iterate models based on feedback and data insights.
