Business Insight Analyst (m/f/d)

(Full-time, 38.5 hours/week)

We are looking for Business Insight Analyst in pharmaceuticals business area to enable data driven decision making for GSK products/business in Austria. Business Insight Analyst will be accountable for GSK’s internal and external data governance and will drive implementation of data driven decision making through combining internal and external data sources into insights generation enabling actions and decisions within Therapeutic Areas and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance management to define and measure key impact metrics to improve business performance
  • Leverage data and analytics to focus on impactful sales, marketing, and medical activities across omnichannel to improve effectiveness and impact
  • Strong collaboration with business and tech stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, analyzing data end-to-end models to deliver data driven input to decision making
  • Develop innovative and efficient solutions that provide insights for operational and strategic changes, coordinate analytics projects and support change management
  • Responsible for keeping all knowledge that GSK generates, in a secured and centralized source where the data can be connected to other sources and visualized
  • Create processes and procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence and use of the data within the LOC
  • Data Stewardship and MDM processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree - at least a bachelor's degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Significant experience in a business analytic role, with proven track record in translating data into commercial insight driving decisions and actions
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate at all levels of the organization, fluent in German and English
  • Proficiency in creating and visualizing Power BI reports, with experience in Azure Data, CRM systems, and multichannel tools like Veeva and Reltio being a plus
  • Familiarity with the commercial environment of the pharmaceuticals industry is valued

Market-conform annual gross salary starting from €62.000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
