Join our Brand Marketing & Intelligence team to help centralize and structure complex global data streams—so we can turn insight into impact. Core responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and manage automated data pipelines to streamline data ingestion and integration across multiple systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing validation checks and cleaning processes to maintain high-quality data.
- Design and implement processes that transform complex data from various sources into a shared analytics-ready format.
- Develop scalable and secure data architectures to support growing data volumes.
- Work closely with partners to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Bring your curiosity to explore new technologies that can help us improve and move our solutions.
- Contribute to a strong data and engineering culture by participating in multi-functional initiatives, sharing best practices, and building a community within our organization.
Play your part in our team succeeding
you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining and developing data pipelines on the Databricks platform, ensuring that externally sourced brand data—from NPS surveys to macro trends and industry statistics—is reliable, compliant, and accessible in our data platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with Global Insights, external data vendors, and our internal development team to ensure that the data delivered into the data platform is clean, compliant, and actionable, enabling forecasting, benchmarking, and future planning at a global level.
In short: You’ll build the bridge between data providers and business insights, ensuring high-quality data lives in one place, not scattered across tools and teams.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or similar languages.
- Knowledge of data rules, quality, and security.
- Knowledge of data ingestion tools and platforms, such as Apache Spark and Databricks Delta Lake.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms particularly AWS or Azure, which is the foundation of the infrastructure.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle data challenges.
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts that can support and enhance data-driven models.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Worked with complex survey data, including structured and unstructured data.
- Understanding of using CI/CD pipelines for deploying data products.
