Automation & Process Optimization
Identify manual processes within inventory planning and develop automation solutions to streamline operations.
Design and implement workflows and scripts to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements.
Tool Development
Build user-friendly tools and dashboards for data visualization, performance tracking, and inventory analysis.
Maintain and upgrade existing tools to align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools with existing systems.
Data Science & Analytics
Analyze historical and real-time data to provide insights into inventory trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models to improve inventory planning and reduce costs.
Utilize machine learning techniques for anomaly detection, demand forecasting, and performance optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and data engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of tools and analytics solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on developed tools and systems.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in supply chain analytics and automation.
Recommend innovative solutions to address supply chain challenges and improve overall performance.
What you need to bring:
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, automation, or data analytics roles.
Proven experience in automating processes, developing tools, and applying data science techniques in a supply chain context.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDA).
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing.
Knowledge of statistical modeling and optimization techniques.
Understanding of inventory management concepts, KPIs, and best practices.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
