The Opportunity:

Assist PEMS team and Customer management with deep dive data analysis and reporting for Customer TDY and assignment activities as well as current and future staff planning. Collect, input, update, manage and perform analysis on large amounts of site, resource, HR and assignment related data.

Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional customer support skills. Must be a proven self-starter and make sound judgments with little supervisory intervention. Provide follow-through and follow-up to ensure needed data is procured from various sources and is accurate and complete. A strong background in the Customer’s method of operations is required.
Duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with forecasting workforce hiring requirements for future fiscal years
• Collaborating with mission partners and internal Customer functional orgs to procure necessary data for analysis and decision-making
• Assess what information needs to be captured, reported, provided to management for decision-making
• Create PowerBI dashboards in order to better visualize patterns and anomalies.
• Ability to work in Sharepoint. Post reports, office communications.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be skilled in MS Office Suite of tools to include advanced level skills with excel and the use of database tools, Sharepoint and POWERBI.
  • Must be able to organize, work with, perform deep analysis and report on important information within large data sets for usable products.
  • Background and extensive experience with Customer protocol and procedures
  • Strong understanding of customer field environment and nature of TDY assignments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.
  • Tolerant, tactful, respectful, and helpful to Staff Officers, personnel and travelers as well as various customer elements, sometimes responding to stressful, time critical requirements.
  • Strong background in Sponsor communications, understanding of assignments, requirements and related deliverables.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Poly required.
  • 11+ years experience with Bachelors Degree (Equivalent Experience maybe Substituted for Educational Requirement_


Desired:

  • Experience in Customer TDY support coordination, HR and/or data analysis.
  • Strong background in Microsoft PowerBI and database administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
  • Experience communicating with Customer Staff at high levels.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
