Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a Data Product Manager to strategically manage and deliver internal data products that power decision-making across the global organization. As a key member of our Business Analytics team, you will work with stakeholders across all major functions—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, R&D, Support, and HR—to define needs, shape product roadmaps, and lead cross-functional delivery of analytics solutions. This role blends product ownership with data strategy. You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and data scientists to deliver intuitive, AI-ready data products that enable self-service, drive scalable impact, and support CyberArk’s business transformation. You’ll bring a product mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for data enablement and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the roadmap for internal data products that power enterprise decision-making and align with strategic business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify unmet data needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Lead agile delivery ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and manage the cross-functional execution of high-impact data products
  • Partner with analysts, engineers, and data scientists to deliver performant, governed, and AI-ready solutions
  • Promote consistency and trust through documentation, standardized metrics, and scalable governance practices
  • Drive orchestration and strategic alignment across the internal data product portfolio
  • Ensure all data products meet standards for quality, security, and privacy in accordance with CyberArk’s values as a cybersecurity company
  • Support adoption through embedded documentation, training materials, and close partnership with Enablement and L&D to improve data literacy across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to align on priorities and ensure roadmap execution
  • Accelerate the adoption of AI/ML capabilities across self-service tools and internal data solutions
  • Simplify and consolidate dashboards to streamline insights and improve usability for functional teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, analytics, or internal data platforms
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional alignment, paired with a product mindset and business acumen
  • Experience building and delivering BI solutions in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise BI tools such as Tableau
  • Understanding of data governance, modeling, and SaaS business processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in AI/ML and emerging data practices
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to drive business impact through data

The salary range for this position is $112,000 – $155,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
