Role: Senior Manager, Category Leadership - Predictive Modeling (R-123873)

Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Travel: This role requires up to 25% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in data science is preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr Manager Category Leadership Capabilities-Predictive Modeling will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance our category leadership and sales strategic initiatives across the Coca-Cola System.

The primary data sets this role will work with are Shipment, Point of Sale, Planogram data, Panel Metrics, and Loyalty Card Metrics. 

Additional job functions will include the maintenance of current Category Business Intelligence tools.

What You'll Do For Us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large data sets using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

  • Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with overall Category Leadership organization,  category leadership Capabilities, channel, franchise, sales, and RGM

  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of business initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

  • Document processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and scalability of analyses.

What You'll Need

Education: Minimum Required Bachelor’s Degree is required:  MBA or other graduate degree

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: 

  • 3+ Years in the CPG Industry or an MBA in data science or business analytics

  • Technical knowledge

    • Power BI/Tableau

    • Dax Programing

    • M Programing

    • Alteryx/Power Automate

    • Excel Expert

    • Python

    • C#

    • Java

    • R

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL).

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Level:

  • 5+ Years in the CPG Industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in the CPG industry (preferred).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with big data technologies

  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure).

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
