The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

This position is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of SE Affiliate Commercial Power BI reports, dashboards, and local data infrastructure. The role also contributes to strategic revenue initiatives, including the preparation of short- and long-term tender submissions, and supports critical commercial processes to ensure continuity in high-value revenue streams across all LOBs. As a key member of the analytics department, this role plays a critical part in driving new ideas, innovation, and technical solutions that enhance business performance and data driven decision making within the SE Affiliate.

• Support high-value revenue streams, including strategic short- and long-term tender submissions.

• Maintain and enhance local data infrastructure within Microsoft Fabric.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI models to deliver compelling dashboards and analytics.

• Delivering data driven insights to key stakeholders within the SE Affiliate.

• Translate complex data into actionable business insights that drive decision making.

• Perform market research and analysis to identify opportunities.

• Support and actively contribute to the local S&OP process.

• Ensure completion of deliverables on a timely basis as agreed with internal customers

• Work collaboratively with the finance department to optimize and simplify financial data for the business users.

• Work with AI tools to support our internal digital transformation, generating innovative ideas to apply AI across commercial processes for greater efficiency and value.

• Actively contribute and support global and regional initiatives where local market needs to be involved.

• Support and drive various ad hoc projects as needed.

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, experience in Big Tech or Consulting is a big plus.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong coding ability in DAX, SQL, or Python.

• Confidence working with the Microsoft tech stack, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• A sharp business mindset and strong analytical problem solving skills.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, collaboratively and with a can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
