Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across financial operations. You will independently analyze financial data, reconcile datasets, automate workflows, and create insightful reports and dashboards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful data solutions.

Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data: deposits, withdrawals, cash flow, balances

• Build and maintain advanced financial reports using Google Sheets (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, FILTER, etc.)

• Perform reconciliations across datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Maintain and troubleshoot Google Apps Scripts used for automation and data protection

• Automate routine data tasks and optimize performance for large datasets (10k+ rows)

• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align processes

• Create visualizations and dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel (charts, pivot tables)

• Translate business needs into tailored reporting solutions

• Suggest innovative approaches to reporting and data processing

• Document processes and validation rules for transparency and maintainability

Qualifications:

Education:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, or related field — or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 3+ years in financial data analysis, reconciliations, and report building

Technical Skills:

• Required:

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas (QUERY, LET, MATCH, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script (for data import/automation)

• Experience handling and validating large financial datasets

• Preferred:

• Visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)

• Dashboard building in Excel/Google Sheets

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
