The Scaled Analytics Partnership Team plays a pivotal part in developing and delivering measurement solutions, and data-driven insights at scale to empower mid-tier clients to make informed decisions across their media campaigns. 
We are looking for two Programmatic Insights Analysts to join the team. Both will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity, analyze data from multiple sources, and help deliver strategic recommendations to prove out media effectiveness in a scalable manner. One of these roles will have a distinct focus on scaling statistical measurement approaches and will require relevant experience in statistics to support that work. You will both report to the Director, Scaled Analytics Partner.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage client deliverables by collaborating with Account Managers and Account Executives in client requests regarding measurement and performance analysis.
  • Partner with Account Manager, Account Executive and internal Data & Analytics teams on data-driven recommendations, test designs, and learning agendas to enhance client outcomes & strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Architecture and Reporting Architecture team to drive performance measurement and work with cross-functional teams to provide analytics expertise and best practices.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to produce templatized measurement adoption best practices or test designs that can be adopted by a large scale of clients.
  • Proactively identify and develop common solutions that can benefit the larger team and share insights across projects.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Some experience in a similar role within digital media or programmatic advertising, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in data, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in QA, discrepancy checks, and applying statistical knowledge to data sets.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex data in an actionable manner and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard performance metrics, media KPIs, measurement solutions and tools, and media analytics best practices
  • Experience working with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and supporting client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of client servicing and campaign management.
  • Experience with third-party market research data to curate industry insights.

Bonus experience:

  • Experience developing statistical test designs (A/B testing), measurement frameworks and plans are an asset 
  • Experience working on media effectiveness measurement approaches are an asset (MMM, incrementality, multi-touch attribution etc)
