We’re looking for exceptional Ruby on Rails Frontend Engineers to join their world-class remote team and help deliver seamless, high-performance experiences to a global audience.

As a Ruby Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Build and refine frontend experiences using Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus)

• Translate product specs into fluid, performant UI

• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers for full-stack features

• Focus on speed, interactivity, and user-centric design

• Own frontend code quality, accessibility, and UX polish

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Rails engineer with a frontend/UI focus

• Hands-on experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFrames

• Passion for delightful user experiences and frontend performance

• Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing applications

• High attention to detail and design sensitivity

• Fluent English, clear communication, and comfort with NSFW content
