Specific Project Delivery Capabilities:　

• Team player with ability to integrate with the A/AI group as the resident causation expert
• Provide expert level knowledge in the development of customer facing solutions enabled by causation models/graphs
• Assist team in avoiding incorrect insights built only on statistics without causation models/graphs
• Interest in maintaining knowledge of new/improved causation tools and techniques
• Integrate seamlessly with database managers, data analysts, ML practitioners, and other programmers by having a solid understand of programming tools/methodologies

Specific Software Skills:　

• Proficient in Python and relevant causation and statistics libraries
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of version control systems (git, SVN, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Visio)

• Works under the direction of a Program Manager or Technical Manager.
• Communicates effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinates/communicates effectively with peers and able to effectively integrate and work in a team environment.
