How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

• Daily review of big data for identifying suspicious activity and spotting organized crime indicators
• Standardize / implement new data visualisations on financial crime typologies across the investigations / financial crime intelligence teams
• support the financial crime teams with data extracts and detailed reviews
• Explore and introduce automation across financial crime data and case handling / review
• Monitor the efficiency of controls and processes
• Collaborate with the Data Science team on machine learning models development for financial crime purposes
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team on Snowflake Tables mapping, KPI management, data developments and automation

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics
• Interest and experience in automating manual processes
• Past focus / experience in data analytics, machine learning, optimization
• Experience using SQL, Python, PowerBi, Tableau, Splunk, R, Stata  
• Knowledge of prepaid products, cards, banking, e-wallet solutions or cryptocurrencies privately or professionally
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• High attention to detail, good analytical skills and logical thinking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative and dedication to quality
• Adaptability, flexibility & willingness to embrace change
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of initiative and quality

• Full proficiency in English
