Description

As a Data Scientist at TherapyNotes, you will establish and expand our data science team, leveraging ML and LLM technologies to derive insights from extensive datasets for better patient outcomes and user experiences. Your main tasks include developing predictive models, data mining algorithms, and statistical analyses, as well as integrating these solutions with our software. Your contributions will be crucial in realizing our data-driven vision and delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain predictive models, data mining algorithms and statistical analyses.
  • Leverage ML and LLM technologies to draw insights from data.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to key decision makers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of data collection systems and data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and performance metrics to improve our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working as a data scientist or equivalent role. 
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Applied experience utilizing Cloud base tools such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • Proficient with Python and one or more of the following programming languages: R, C#, Java, SQL, Scala Julia.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms.
  • Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading, data visualization, and data reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis in an understandable and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
