Supply Chain Intern

As a Supply Chain Intern at Ichor, you will gain hands-on experience supporting one of our key supply chain functions: Business Intelligence/Data Analytics or Trade Compliance and Logistics. You'll contribute to impactful projects that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency across our global supply chain network.

This is a part time, Fall Semester internship targeted to begin in August/September 2025, with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include:

Business Intelligence / Data Analytics:

• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Trade Compliance and Logistics:

• Support import/export documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
• Assist with logistics tracking and performance reporting.
• Participate in projects to improve transportation efficiency and reduce lead times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in global logistics, trade compliance, and data-driven supply chain processes.

Other duties may be assigned. This role could be hybrid between onsite and work from home, and will be based in Portland, OR or Fremont, CA.  

For candidates based in California, the hourly pay range for this nonexempt internship position is $24 – $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Current year in your undergraduate studies will also be considered when evaluating compensation.
