Architectural Designer

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with a strong computational skill set and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design. Ideal candidates will be agile with digital tools, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to quickly generate, iterate, and visualize compelling design solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work across all design phases—from concept to documentation—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on dynamic, fast-moving projects.

Your Role

• Collaborate on design projects at every stage—from programming and conceptual design through schematic development and documentation—while rapidly generating and iterating through potential design solutions, utilizing innovative software solutions.

• Work closely with the team to interpret design intent into compelling, high-quality, computer-generated images and experiences.

• Develop, implement, and support visualization tools and framework.

• Ability to develop and execute high quality visualizations and documentation under tight deadlines without sacrificing artistry or attention to detail.

• Elevate our visualization pipeline through the exploration of new tools and technologies.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.   A master’s degree is preferred but not required.

• 0–3 years of professional experience in architecture or related design fields.

• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of AI visualization softwares and workflows

• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, Grasshopper, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced rendering tools such as rendering tools like Enscape, Unreal Engine, and Chaos Vantage.

• Demonstrated proficiency in parametric design and an understanding of data structures, geometry optimization, and plugin ecosystems within Grasshopper.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, After Effects, and Dynamo.

• Understanding of how to develop and implement code for basic scripting functions preferred

• Visual storytelling, look development, and lighting/camera composition abilities.

• Strong portfolio that highlights your design thinking, technical skills, and an understanding of materiality, light, and atmosphere in renderings.

• Experience in high-speed, competition-style workflows is highly desirable.

• Ability to consistently meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver a high-quality product

• Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, as well as individually based on the project needs.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
