The opportunity:
As we scale our digital shelf and content optimisation services across markets, we are enhancing our capabilities around insight-led content performance reporting. Content Intelligence Engineer role is designed for someone who can combine technical dashboard development with analytical thinking to surface the insights that matter â from product page quality to compliance and channel performance.Â
Youâll play a key role in transforming how we measure and communicate content effectiveness across Amazon and other retail platforms, while also helping to automate and streamline reporting processes to support growth at scale.Â
What youâll be doing:
- Design, build and maintain dashboards that support digital shelf visibility and content performanceÂ
- Transform raw product and retail data into actionable insights for content and commercial teamsÂ
- Create automated reports to support internal teams and external client deliveryÂ
- Deliver insight frameworks that link content quality to KPIs such as discoverability, conversion, and complianceÂ
- Support statutory/legal reporting needs with precision and traceabilityÂ
- Collaborate across analytics, content, and programme teams to evolve our measurement stackÂ
- Contribute to long-term evolution towards intelligent, LLM-ready reporting systemsÂ
What we want from you:
- A minimum of a Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative fieldÂ
- Solid experience in BI engineering, reporting or analytics rolesÂ
- Proven skills in SQL and Python for data transformation and automationÂ
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Amazon QuickSightÂ
- Ability to work with product data and link insights to digital shelf outcomesÂ
- Comfortable balancing recurring dashboard delivery with strategic project inputÂ
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical insight and business relevanceÂ
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus

If you know some of this, even better:
- Familiarity with retail media metrics or eCommerce KPIsÂ
- Experience working with PDP (product detail page) content or content compliance frameworksÂ
- Exposure to LLMs, agentic systems or interest in AI-enhanced reportingÂ
- Understanding of content management workflows and taxonomy/taggingÂ
- Experience integrating insight pipelines into client-facing deliverablesÂ
