Sr. Analyst, Operations Innovation

General Purpose of the Job

The Sr Data Analyst will collaborate with others and leverage advanced analytical techniques to drive initiatives critical to the success of the company.  Examples:

• Large-scale operating model changes to improve patient outcomes and labor productivity

• Introduction and incubation of disruptive technologies in kidney care

• Development and operationalization of growth strategies

• Process re-engineering for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis operations

• Integrated care business model development

The Sr Data Analyst, will be leverage data science skills, including acquiring data (through querying various databases), cleaning data, analyzing data (often leveraging Python), and presenting findings to senior leadership. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Querying, cleaning, and analyzing data and presenting data findings.

• Writes machine learning / artificial intelligence

• Trains teammates in advanced analytical techniques

Education and Experience

• 2 - 4 years' experience in data analysis

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics preferred.

Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications

• Experience writing SQL queries

• Experience analyzing large datasets [tens of millions of records] via appropriate software – e.g. Python or R

• Experience utilizing machine learning to solve business problems

• Experience applying statistics to inform analyses

Salary/ Wage Range

$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
