Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting
The Role demands for a highly qualified professional with experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation using Python/PySpark/SQL, Statistical modelling, Knowledge of healthcare datasets (LAAD, APLD, Xponent, Prescriber-level data), and Visualization using PowerBI.
Responsibilities
•    Analyze datasets like LAAD, APLD, Xponent, Prescriber-level data to answer business questions and to create data models which would be further used for data modelling and visualization. 
•    Perform deep-dive analytics to create reports on drug markets. 
•    Perform data evaluation for its relevance to existing and upcoming business needs.
•    Perform statistical analysis like descriptive analysis, test-control matching, PSM, etc. for various use cases.
•    Use techniques like classical machine learning (Regression & Clustering), XGBoost, Decision Trees, etc. for predictive analysis.
•    Build and maintain data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Python, and SQL. 
•    Ensure data integrity, preprocessing, and transformation for robust analytics
•    Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to drive strategic insights. 
•    Maintain all the Power BI dashboards already in production along with weekly QCs to ensure correct reporting. 
•    Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the dashboards. 

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Engineering or Economics or Statistics graduation with relevant experience in data analytics within the life-sciences & pharma domain 
•    Highly skilled in Data science & statistical techniques 
•    Proficiency in Python/R, PySpark and SQL 
•    Experience of developing dashboards in Power BI preferred
•    Experience of working on major pharma commercial datasets 
•    Effective verbal & written communication, and good storyboarding skills to present results to stakeholders 
•    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
•    Zeal to automate and bring efficiencies and develop advanced analytics capabilities to progress offerings 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams 
•    Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients, scheduling flexibility required 
•    Overall candidate should have problem-solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good at numbers 
•    Experience in using and integrating GenAI methods (OpenAI API, Copilot integration, ThoughtSpot) 
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
