Project Manager

What's this role about?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead our Large Language Model (LLM) Prompt Generation and Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, project execution, and performance management while ensuring smooth operations in AI-driven projects. Here's how you'll contribute:           You'll do this by:
Key Responsibilities:
         Team Leadership & Management:
            ● Lead and manage a large team of 150-200 members, including 7-8 team leads.
            ● Ensure effective task allocation, inventory management, and seamless team coordination.
            ● Monitor team performance, attrition, and absenteeism while implementing improvements to optimize                    productivity and quality.
            ● Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Project Management:
            ● Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to LLM prompt generation and data                       analysis.
            ● Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
            ● Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and availability, tracking progress                and performance.
            ● Identify and resolve project challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
            ● Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project metrics, and progress.
            ● Proactively anticipate issues and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Domain Expertise & Technical Understanding:
            ● Leverage expertise in AI, LLMs, and data analysis to drive process improvements and innovation.
            ● Guide and support teams in prompt engineering and AI data analysis, ensuring alignment with industry                   best practices.
            ● Identify opportunities for technological enhancements and efficiency improvements in AI-related                            workflows.
 Performance Management & Costing:
            ● Develop and implement performance management frameworks for both teams and projects.
            ● Manage resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize cost-effectiveness.
            ● Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in team performance and project efficiency.
            ● Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis (RCCA) as per project requirements.

Communication & Coordination:
            ● Facilitate clear, effective communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
            ● Provide structured updates to executives and management on project progress and team performance.
            ● Encourage a transparent and open communication culture within the team to drive engagement and                      efficiency.

       Desired Skills:

PMP Certification: Required, with proven experience in large-scale project management.
           ● Experience Managing Large Teams: Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 150-200 individuals with                         multiple team leads.
           ● Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
           ● Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and               techniques.
           ● Technical Expertise in AI & LLM: Experience in AI-driven projects, LLM prompt engineering, and data                        analysis.
           ● Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar                    software.
           ● Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
 Preferred Skills:
           ● Experience managing LLM, prompt engineering, and AI-driven projects.
           ●  Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
           ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling complex stakeholder relationships
