In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our Data Team, crafting high-impact data products that empower teams across the business to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable product strategies – and then bring them to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead with vision – Own and evolve product roadmaps that align with Asda’s strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
• Bridge the gap – Translate business needs into technical solutions, working hand-in-hand with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Champion the user – Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly data products that solve real problems and delight users.
• Drive delivery – Use agile methodologies to manage backlogs, prioritise features, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Measure success – Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Inspire and mentor – Lead a team of Analysts and Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within data or analytics.
• A strategic mindset with a knack for turning ideas into action.
• Strong communication skills, you’re just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to execs.
• A deep understanding of agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
• Passion for data, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
