Data & AI Architect

On this occasion, we are looking for a Data & AI Architect in the commercial area, joining the Data & Cloud Services team, responsible to build an scalable and flexible data platform that meets the needs of our business units.

To lead the charge in ensuring compliance, security, and seamless data integration while collaborating with dynamic teams to shape the future of data management. What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and compliance teams to ensure governance, lineage, and ethical AI practices.

• Support the deployment of scalable machine learning models and Generative AI use cases, including integration with operational systems.

• Provide technical guidance on data contracts, event-driven architectures, and streaming patterns using Kafka or Event Hubs.

• Promote the adoption of best practices in data architecture, metadata management, and cost optimization (FinOps).

• Integrate technical functionality (e.g. scalability, security, performance, data recovery, reliability, etc.)

• Define and design to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

• Constantly monitor, refine and report on the performance of data management systems

• Maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts and procedures

• To assist for reach the next level of maturity on data types processing and AI adoption

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role delivering cloud native and hybrid data solutions in Azure

  Azure Databricks, Azure Data Architecture

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Platform components: Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Storage Gen2, Synapse, Azure Machine Learning.

• Experience designing ML/AI solution architectures including model training pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.

• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., Unity Catalog, Purview, RBAC, PII protection).

• Familiarity with software engineering practices: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), DevOps/DataOps/ML Ops.

• Excellent communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) and orchestration of AI Agents

• Insurance knowledge or participation in Projects for the Financial Industry will be valued.
