Our ATS Systems Engineering Department has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Administration & Data Analysis to join. In this role, you will provide administrative support, performing administrative activities relating to the day-to-day work of the Senior Manager(s) and Department(s) support. This role will also include part time miscellaneous Data Analysis duties.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and proactive team player with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency using office software, such as the MS Office 365 Tool Suite, Zoom, and Sharepoint. 

What You Will Do:

  • You will work in an onsite capacity at our Fullerton, CA or Marlborough MA facility
  • Provide administrative support to Air Traffic Systems US based teams. Typical support tasks include travel coordination, expense report preparation, tool support, scheduling meetings/conference rooms, catering, and other onsite support assistance as needed
  • Maintain office supplies, including ordering, tracking inventory, and organizing
  • Assist in tasks associated with onboarding of new employees and employee moves
  • Work directly with on-site Facilities and provide support as needed
  • Support site Environmental, Health & Safety (ES&H) activities and initiatives
  • May prepare materials for departmental meetings or reviews
  • Act as site contact for Security for visitors, assign badges, guest accounts and touch down offices
  • Coordinate onsite meetings, including logistics, catering, and set up/take down
  • Coordinate events, including, but not limited to, employee morale, training / educational, internal and external customer site visits
  • Interact with other administrative assistants and support staff collaboratively to share knowledge and schedule activities across the business
  • Assist with compiling data and report preparation
  • Administer SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and other shared drives, including site content updates, user access, and assisting users with questions
  • Generate correspondence, charts, tables, reports, and other material with speed and accuracy using Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Excel Pivot tables, or other program applications
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested, including special projects as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications and digital collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense, the Archibus workplace reservation and Archibus Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables and Data Visualization
  • Basic knowledge of PowerBi would be an added advantage

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
