The Difference You Make:
The Python Automation & RPA/AI Solutions Developer designs, builds, and maintains intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, enhances analytics capabilities, and reduce manual effort across business functions. This role delivers high-impact Python-based automations, integrates AI technologies, and supports the development of scalable, efficient digital workflows. Working in an Agile environment, the developer collaborates closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities and the organization’s automation strategy.
Designs and develops robust Python-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency reduce manual effort and enhance process quality.
Maintains and optimizes automation scripts and AI integrations across multiple business units and domains.
Builds scalable, high-impact solutions that combine Python automation with intelligent technologies such as OCR, NLP, and machine learning.
Develops and automates data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows using structured and unstructured data sources.
Maintains, troubleshoots, and enhances existing automations; Identifies root causes and implements long-term fixes for process issues.
Collaborates with business users, analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, validate logic, and refine automation opportunities.
Performs unit testing validation and deployment of automation solutions in a controlled and iterative manner.
Maintains a strong understanding of enterprise automation standards, process governance, and documentation best practices.
Analyzes business problems using data mining and statistical techniques to inform and drive automation design decisions and operations strategies.
Translates complex business rules and data conditions into modular, reusable Python logic within a structured code base.
Participates in agile development cycles, contributing to backlog grooming, Sprint planning, and demonstration of deliverables.
Documents process designs, code logic, and user instructions to support long-term maintenance, scalability, and knowledge transfer.

Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.-Required
4+ years of experience in Python development, with demonstrated use in automation, scripting, or data pipelines.-Required
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions in Python/enterprise tools (i.e. RPA Platforms) to eliminate manual processes across various business units
Integrate intelligent components (e.g. OCR, NLP, ML) into process automation using open-source or enterprise tools/capabilities
Perform data mining and transformation to support automation use cases and decision logic
Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and predictive insights
Develop reusable modules for file processing (Excel, PDF, CSV), API integration, and database interaction
Create scalable scripts for unattended bot execution, including logging, error handling, and exception management
Support orchestration of jobs and batch execution via schedules or workflow engines
A familiarity with Champion/Challenger (a.k.a. A/B Testing) methodologies and standards
A strong understanding and/or aptitude for common Data Mining and Analytics methods and techniques

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
