Your Career

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), customizations, and configurations. A key aspect of this role will be a keen interest and hands-on experience with AI tools, Agentic principles, and Large Language Models (LLMs), coupled with an enthusiasm to learn, implement, and drive AI-powered initiatives within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform and cutting-edge AI technologies.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
• Perform complex customizations and configurations within Salesforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Actively research, evaluate, and implement AI tools, Agentic frameworks, and LLMs to enhance Salesforce functionalities, automate processes, and improve user experience.
• Drive and contribute to AI-focused projects, including proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and full-scale implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging AI technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including:
• Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Test Classes).
• Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, including:
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Experience working with or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical application of AI in a business context.
• Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning and driving AI initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with      technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
   

Addon Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
