In this role, youâll turn fragmented marketing and performance data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across SEO, product, content, and beyond.

As a Data Manager, you are expected to:Â
Lead the design and rollout of Raketechâs unified data platform, ensuring it meets current needs and scales with the business
Consolidate data from affiliate platforms, GA4, Search Console, and other key marketing and SEO tools into a central, usable system
Build and maintain data pipelines that ensure accuracy, governance, and accessibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and help them unlock insights
Recommend and implement the right tech stack (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Redshift) based on long-term needs
Champion data literacy and support teams in becoming more data-driven
Contribute to setting up a scalable and sustainable data function that supports growth
Requirements
Experience leading or owning end-to-end data projects, from architecture to delivery
Strong grasp of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and governance best practices
Proficiency in modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
Hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Databricks
Familiarity with third-party platforms such as GA4, Search Console, or affiliate reporting tools
Strong communication skills â able to connect data solutions to business outcomes
Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Experience in affiliation or iGaming
Exposure to SEO, CRO, or performance marketing analytics
Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
